I started planting coffee at an early age with my family in Honduras. As a young man in 2004, I moved to Kona, Hawaii and managed small farms planting, farming, harvesting and drying coffee. 

Years later, an opportunity came around the area of Ka’ú, Big Island to lease land to plant coffee. I took a chance and started my own farm. Today, with dedication, challenging work and the skills acquired during all these years I proudly produce a coffee with unique characteristics, a combination of flavors and distinct sweetness.

Widow Coffee uses small batch roasting to ensure that each pound of 100% Ka’ú Coffee you purchase is freshly roasted.  We guarantee the rich and aromatic flavor in every bag.
